MOVE STRETCH SMILE
Aimee started practicing yoga following a back injury whilst training for the London Marathon. She soon established a regular practice through finding a love for Vinyasa, Rocket and Power yoga – dynamic yoga practices which were challenging yet perfectly soothing for the mind.
Aimee gained her RYT200 at YogaLondon and completed her 300hr Advance Teacher Training with Yoga University. Aimee also is a qualified Hot Yoga teacher. She continues to train under the guidance of her teachers Stewart Gilchrist, Marcus Veda, Kathy Ran and Emi Tull, whilst giving thanks to all her teachers she has been fortunate to meet.
"I'm passionate about all the styles of yoga that I teach - Vinyasa, Rocket, YogaAsana, Align & Flow and Hot Yoga. I love giving people the encouragement to try something new and work with them as an individual on their yoga journey. I steer people away from fixating on the perfect pose and encourage everyone to simply have fun on their mats, let their breath be their guide and just see what happens!"

A creative dynamic flow teamed with great music and a 'can do' attitude. This class will raise the heart beat, calm the mind and awaken you to your body's true potential.
Based around Ashtanga yoga, Rocket promises to get you there faster! This practice awakens the nervous system, creates prana in the body whilst encouraging freedom and exploration in each individual's practice.
Taking inspiration from Bikram and fusing this with a modern day approach. These classes are hot, empowering and detoxifying - great for all levels.
