about me
Aimee has escalated her yoga journey over recent years. She appeared on the front cover of Om Yoga Magazine, was welcomed as a brand ambassador for Yogangster, completed her 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and in July 2018 opened her first yoga studio.
It was in 2013 Aimee gained her RYT200 and vowed to leave the corporate world for good, become a full-time yoga teacher and have a yoga studio of her own. Being the strong minded individual that she is, she is proud to say that she has done everything she set out to achieve and stands by her mantra: 'If it does't challenge you, it won't change you'.
Aimee is dedicated to evolving her own personal practice and exploring new methods. It’s from her experience she’s able to share her learnings and knowledge of the practice of yoga with all of her students.
You can see how Aimee’s own creative flair and passion shines through in her teaching both on and off the mat. She loves helping both students and teachers alike evolve their practice and teaching ability. She encourages all her students to give things a go & challenge & change their mindset of "I can't" into "I can".

YOGA sTYLEs
vinyasa
A creative dynamic flow teamed with great music and a 'can do' attitude. This class will raise the heart beat, calm the mind and awaken you to your body's true potential.
ROCKET
Based around Ashtanga yoga, Rocket promises to get you there faster! This practice awakens the nervous system, creates prana in the body whilst encouraging freedom and exploration in each individual's practice.
HOT YOGA
Taking inspiration from Bikram and fusing this with a modern day approach. These classes are hot, empowering and detoxifying - great for all levels.

FLOW
In these classes you will explore the subtleness of both effort & ease as you learn to move more mindfully. Moving slower there is time to connect a little deeper with the breath, soothing the mind and energising the soul.
YOGASANA
Inspired by the traditions of Ashtanga yoga, alignment of Iyengar & spirituality of Jivamukti this class will challenge you both physically and spiritually. Attention will be drawn to the breath, bandha's and fluid movement between asanas (postures).
MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA
In these classes you will be guided into a deep state relaxation. Allowing the mind to quieten & the body to find complete stillness, so deep healing can take place. You will leave feeling deeply rested with both mind & body feeling restored.
